Patrick Freivald is President Emeritus of the Ontario-Finger Lakes Beekeepers Association, and is known for keeping bees, teaching physics, building robots, and as an author. He hand-makes every batch of Hot Honey in his tiny facility located in the middle of 6700 acres of the Canadice-Hemlock State Forest in rural Western New York. You can find his author site at patrick.freivald.com or send him an e-mail at pfreivald@gmail.com. Frog's Point Honey is named for the farm where he keeps bees and grows peppers, called Frog's Point at least as far back as the 1830's. (Photo Credit: Seth Binnix, Messenger-Post Media)
